Albanian SKS Question

Why are Albanian SKSs called "July 10 Rifles"? I've searched but I can't find any info on the naming of it.

It was known locally by the name "July 10th Rifle", after Albania's Independence Day. The Albanian SKS was manufactured at the Umgramsh Factory from 1967-1971 and again from 1976-1979. There is some debate about what happened during the years 1972-1975

July the 10th 1946 is the day of the creation of Albanian People's Army under the new communist regime, usually celebrated with military parades every year, was very common on days like this to introduce new or upgrade versions of firearms.

{and yes I am Albanian you can tell from my avatar :)}
