Alberta Big Game Draws

The airborne cull will not happen as it is over the entire southern half of the province. It was used at empress and chauvin iirc when they thought they had small pockets of the disease.

It’s even in 212. Not conducive to shooting from a helicopter amongst the million dollar acreages

I don't agree with anything you say. Trust me, don't take it personally, I don't agree what any person has said about their personal thoughts of ridding the CWD. Until it is done and completed, then I will condone that method. As for hunters not getting along, well, I view it from experience. For the most part, hunters do get along, however post technology/computers, and in particular talk forums, lots of bickering, myself included.
 
Unless these American pros can whistle their lips and all the deer come running, or can fly around in helicopters shooting out the windows, they will be ineffective.
If eradicating deer is on the menu, then a bounty to resident hunters will be the best solution imo. This is the next step after SRD pisses around with more doe tags disguised additional opportunity or worse yet, food.
 
My son sent me an email, stating that both antelope and mule deer allocations are on the RELM app. In theory, we should respectively be drawn this year, however I guess it won't be until August 12th to find out.:rolleyes:
 
People are saying that they are seeing their Antelope draw results just on their phone APP.

"It's not obvious on the app if you have been drawn. Go to "My Draw Summary" and you'll see if you've been drawn if your priority shows "0". At the same time, there is no indication on www.albertarelm.com that you have been drawn."

I believe that we have to wait until August 12 for results; it's only the total amount of allocations for distribution at this time.

That's strange, I signed-in with AlbertaRelm and they mention that mule deer and antelope are still excluded from draw results. I still have my priority 10 for antelope, and hasn't changed prior to applying for my draw.

I checked out my account on AlbertaRelm and no results yet back for my Mule Deer drawn so as far as I can tell the results haven't updated yet............:confused:

Your right, it shows a priority of "0" for my Mule deer draw when I log into the relm +phone app so I must of been drawn, good news!

Yea, I'm not one of these mobile cellular telephone type person, don't know how to use them. However, my son did advise me that I was drawn for trophy antelope, since he is a regular cell phone user. He was also drawn for trophy mule deer buck, again according to this "app" thing. Regardless, now we have to invest about $2,000 in gas, scouting for the big boys.

LOL!!! I have a brand new Android phone that I can barely use. Reason: I have no time in my life looking down at a rectangular wafer thin box. Texting can sometimes be challenging, which only occurs 3 or 4 times a year.;)
