Alberta big game licensing, HELP

So I'm using Albertarelm.com for the first time, I've had a WiN card for fishing previously, but this year's going to be my first for hunting. I did the education course thing through AHEIA and updated my profile, but I want to check if THIS is the right 'certificate/license'. That's copied straight from their page, and it just seems like a bizarre name for 'big game hunting license' wildlife certificate resource development certificate? It's a mouthful. All I need is just one local alberta hunter to say yep, that's the one. and I'll click away :) But if it's the wrong one, I'd rather find out now than try to chase the gov't for $30 bucks back. (yes, i know i have to get the one license, and then purchase/enter draws).

okay, I was told that there is somewhere in Albertarelm.com to increase my priority, to give me a better chance of getting the draw i want next year. Any suggestions where I find that ? Because it looks like almost everything is blank on my page.

Draw applications may be purchased online at albertarelm.com or at licence issuers.

So I should be able to find a link somewhere to start entering draws, yes?


My plan this year is to get my feet wet with white tail, but would be interested in looking at Elk/Moose next year.
