Alberta Draw Results

Nothing this year, exactly what i get for forgetting last year, and not advancing priorities. I am planning a trip to the Edmonton Bow Zone for bullwinkle though, that should prove enough meat to get me through the winter. Maybe elk on a general tag too.
 
Mule Doe and Buck drawn, but no moose. Add in a general whitetail and two supplements and its 5 tags good to go. First ever Buck Mule drawn so it is shaping up to be a great season!

Drew antlered and doe mule deer, doe wt, everything is for the same WMU in prairies. I kind of had a feeling in my guts for that when I was sighting my lovely AIA M10 for 200yrds ;) Also got Camp W deer for rifle season opening, :dancingbanana: thanks my ex-neighbor Scott :wave: for giving me his huge ugly old freezer as an overflow system! :D

It says doe mule deer comes with "multiply" tags, I suppose it's two? ;)
 
I got mule buck,mule doe and whitetail doe.This was a surprise,because I was a priority 0 for the muledeer and whitetail, because I got them last fall as well. I got shot down on the elk, which is a surprise, because I am a priority 7. Good luck to everyone.

I got the Muley Doe, Christy got her Cow Moose so I will get a partner tag for that adventure but only as a back up. She has to do the deed.

Nugget got his Muley Doe tag as well so we will be taking our three year old daughters along for the escapade and show them what it's all about. It should be a great season!

Here's hoping Nugget gets his speed goat!

How long did it take to get drawn?

My wife and I are both priority 7 for next year but I am not so sure I sure get us both drawn the same year.

Hope everyone has a great season, it isn't far off now.

This was my second year applying. Lots of sheep in the zone, but a lot of the lambs and ewes tend to hang out 20-30 clicks from the nearest road.

My plan if I'm by myself is to go in, shoot a lamb, and eat off the carcass till I get a ram or have nothing left to pack out, whichever comes first.

My dad got drawn too though, and he's 60, so I might have to try to find something a bit closer to the truck.
