Any have issues accessing the Alberta Hunting safety course after you log in?

I have paid the fee, I can see the course in my online task list but when I click it, it just states its “loading your course progress”. I have been waiting well over 2 hours.

Of course the lazy government makes this BS only accessible on a PC and not apple. Borrowed a pc laptop and I have tried using internet explorer, chrome and firefox but they state I require adobe flash 8. I have installed flash 8 bit still nothing works and it keeps saying I need flash 8.

Im about to loose my mind.
 
Lazy government has nothing to do with the page which is offered by AHEIA. I am surprised they have not switched to HTML5.

Chrome and FF do not support flash, I think IE and Edge still do. Alternatively you can use some exotic browsers or an older version of opera.
