"Spectators Welcome" is a welcome sight for me, since I'd probably come out and watch this year... other than the $3 insurance fee, is there any other fee for spectators?

The $3.00 is for NFA liability insurance coverage for the duration of the event. If you are ONLY a spectator, you won't need the insurance.

***Genesee is not yet approved for 800 metre. We are awaiting written notice from the county officials that our current development permit allows us to build an 800 metre backstop without additional permits. If not, we will need to apply for an improvement permit & follow the process. We also need to have the CFC inspect & approve an 800 metre backstop.

Mutt, if you have written approval from your contact at the county, we must see it & have a copy for our files. Once we have it in writing, I will have the CFC complete the inspection so the 800 metre backstop will be ready to go for you.
