So I've been reading the Alberta hunting regs and there is no license for small game in the province. Does that mean a non-resident can hunt small game or is it open for residents only?
Almost half way down the page, read this paragraph:
OUTFITTING AND GUIDING REQUIREMENTS
FOR NON-RESIDENTS (CANADIAN) AND NON-RESIDENT ALIENS
^Don't let the title scare you, guides or hunter hosts are required only for big game, wolf or coyote non-resident hunters.
At the very bottom of the page is the pricing table for your non resident Canadian licences.
What are you considering small game? Be aware that some animals that you consider small game may be covered in the hunting regulations, and some may be covered in the trapping regulations.
