Seems a bit slippery doesn't it.
I ordered a handgun, spare magazine and a long gun case in one order from Bullseye North Aug 6, they have free shipping on orders over $200.
Of course the order sat for couple weeks due to Gov's. firearm transfer cluster fook, and to Bullseyes credit they split the shipping into two packages
and shipped me the gun case & mag. separately at no charge last week while waiting for transfer, they didn't have to do that.
That's pretty damn good of them, quality shop that will get my repeat business for certain.

Just received my first transfer for a pistol purchased June 5th from a retail outlet. Four more to go... Lots of people have purchased after me and called in. I guess that's why it takes so long to get to my purchases...

8-10 weeks now? I was told 6-8 at the beginning of August.
 
Just got approvals for 60004XX and 60035XX here in Edmonton. Got lucky when I called in. They are still dealing with June transfers but somehow still sent me transfer emails. Happy camper here!
 
That’s awesome. I’ll be giving then a call today. Got my fingers crossed they approve my transfer I’ve been waiting for over 2 months.

I called to check if the gun store had started the transfer as it was an online purchase. They said “we are currently still working on June transfers”. I said ok and thank you very much. Then got the emails for both online purchases. It was a very happy email for me and unexpected.
 
This morning I got my transfer approval from June 14th. I never got through to talk to anyone, it was just the natural progression of the system.
 
Sold a restricted on June 8th to another gentleman here in Alberta, transfer was initiated on June 13th, buyer confirmed the transfer on the 14th and the transfer was approved and emailed to me on July 29th.

I did purchase a new restricted from a local gun store in Edmonton on August 24th, I'll roll the dice around August 15th to check on the status of the restricted transfer and report back.

I was looking a restricted purchase I made from Wolverine on July 13, 2021, it was approved on July 15th, 2021. I miss the old days.

Ha, me too!! Finally got one from SK dealer to AB buyer. June 14th initiated, Sept 2 approved. Didn't have the reference number for this one but likely around 593###x.

1 down, 6 to go...

It just hangs up on me. Lol

Tried since "open" just keeps saying they cant take my call and to try back later lol.

Edit: 30 min of repeatedly calling back... Now on hold lol...

Edit: 10 min on hold they hung up on me... Government services am I right ? Back to spam calling, I have a few hours to burn this AM.

Edit: got on hold for about 20 min, thought this is the one! Another 15 min and ill be though... Hung up on me.. Back to spam calling.

Edit: have gotten on hold a few times then get hung up on... Im about 1 hour 30 min into this... Ill give it another 30 before I go out and run errands. IE give up.

Edit: 2+ hours in, on hold currently... If they hang up on me this time im calling it for the day. How frustrating.

Edit FINAL: No luck, got though to a "Cathy" she cant do restricted transfers... Tried to transfer me to someone who could... They hung up.
