Yes I have put on a couple of Service Rifle Matches at the Taber 600 meter range. It has been done as a trial run so far and worked out really well.
We can accommodate about 3 relays of 8 shooters with how their range is configured. It is cut up a bit as they have target boards at 300 yards right in the middle of the range, then some more boards at 534 meters.
Now they have .22 long rifle metal targets for silhouette on the 600 meter range (unbelievable to have .22's there as they have so many other ranges at the Taber Complex).
Regardless, we have been able to make it work quite well.
Planning on one more in October weather pending. Date TBD.
