Alberta wolf Outfitter - Need recommendation

Really wanting to take a wolf so I am hoping someone has firsthand experience with an outfitter they can recommend. Any recommendations would be very helpful. Thanks.

Try to find a trapper, I would think he would know more where the wolves are, than an outfitter. Contact the Game Wardens or a trapping association in Alberta.

Unless the trapper is also an outfitter he would not be permitted to offer an outfitted wolf hunt to a non-resident. You could check out apos.ab.ca for a list of outfitters offering winter wolf hunts. There are quite a few of them.

All the outfitters I ever ran across in Northern Ab., used wolves as 'filler' species to spend more time in the bush with clients that tagged out their moose or deer early in the week or so of their hunts. Mostly hunting off the gut piles off the earlier kills.

Good luck! Found lots of tracks while out there, never saw one in the flesh.

Try red frog outfitter. He used to be a sponsor here not sure if he still is or not but he specializes in predator hunting.
