What's with some of the unpleasant remarks about TJ that come up on forums (more so on another popular forum)? I don't get it. He's a fellow board member here (at least he used to be) and on 1 other that I know of that shares his opinon on subjects like everyone else. Is it b/c he is a public figure that he gets criticized?

Someone help me out here?
 
Big Jon, there is a lot of animosity between some members here, and it is unfortunate. As far as I can tell it is related to the RAMP disaster and poor communication skills. It started years ago and refuses to go away.

I do not want to have this thread go astray, so I ask that we just stick to the topic of the AFGA.

BTW, I should have clarified that I meant TED Morton earlier, not Kim Morton who is our area wildlife bio and a heck of a nice guy.

Voting delegate from Lethbridge. Have you been to one before? The presentations are related to AFGA projects and reports from the Chairs. It is really a general meeting more then anything.
 
Don't forget to buy your raffle tickets for the hunt. After all the work I've gone to making this happen, I want to see them sold out before the draw. It will be a good hunt and I'll guide the winners myself either in the barrenlands or the mountains.

Your opinion is valid Duff, I just can't get past the heavy handed, ignorant, self righteous way Ted and Gates rammed their ideology down the throats of AB hunters, that is my opinion.

I just wanted to know how many fellow CGN'ers were going to be there. I hope to meet some of you then.

I may sound cheap, but unfortunately its $370 to attend 2 days which is way out of my grad student budget, unless I get my supervisor to pay (its not realted to what I do really...so he may not!)
