Alfa Proj spring replacement

Hi,
I got tuned spring for my Alfa Proj 9mm revolver from Rusty Wood Trading and I'm wondering if somebody has a video, how to replace this spring? The spring goes with paper HowTo, but it always better to watch on the video before, to do not make any mistake.
Did somebody from the forum already installed this tuned spring? It goes with 2 washers (metal and plastic) and (if I understand right) its for spring tension. Do I need to install it, or I can just use the original metal one?

Sorry can't help you with a video or even an explanation of the process. I bought my Alfa used with the reduced power spring already installed and I can tell you that mine has no extra washers. It misfires on any ammo or primer that is not Federal. The weak mainspring is not strong enough to ignite the harder primers of other brands.
 
The paper instructions work fine. I didn't use any spacers and have yet to have any primer ignition problems.
 
As with the tear downs on S&W revolvers do not pry the side plate out. Instead use a soft handled screwdriver and rap the frame around the side plate with the handle so the side plate gets kicked out. If you try to pry it out it'll jam and stick and you'll need way more force then is really required and mark up the metal as well. There's LOTS of videos of how this is done and it's the exact same method for the AP.

It's been a while since I read the RW instructions. But it is worth noting that there is a little plunger and spring installed in the side plate to tension the hand. So aim the barrel, and thus the plunger pin, at a towel hung on the bench to form a "backstop" while you kick out the side plate just in case the pin and spring try to leap for freedom. In truth there's not a lot of pressure and it has not been an issue the times I've opened up my own gun and a buddy's AP gun. Just be aware that there is the pin and spring in the cover and take steps to remove these before you tip the side cover and lose them.
 
Thanks a lot to everybody. I replaced the spring last evening. Nothing complicated, just needs to be careful and follow the paper instructions.
Little bit disappointed with Easyrider message, I'm using CCI and Winchester primers. I will try to test it this Saturday. The pull is really light now in single action and it should be a pleasure to shoot.
Anyway, I still have the original spring and I can put it back with closed eyes now :)

Small update. Very disappointed. I tested revolver on the range with reloaded ammunition with CCI and Winchester primers. Both type of ammo 100% fails on double action and 50% on single action. Will put the original spring back.
Hopefully I had Ruger Mark 4 with me and got a lot of pleasure to shoot with
it.
 
I put a kit in mine, started out OK with some ammo, went to soft primers it got worse! Took the spring out it was compressed and twisted, guess the spring hardness was poor.
