the wife just picked up an Alfa Project 9251C revolver, I see that Blueline Solutions does carry a leather holster for it, but I'm having a hell of a time finding a kydex holster for it? I'm sure it must fit something out there, S&W or Ruger etc. Can any of you recommend a good kydex that will work for the Alfa, I believe it is the 4 1/2 inch barrel?

Mine fits nicely into the hard leather Safariland duty holster So I'd say it's highly likely that a Kydex or other plastic holster for S&W K frame gun with the same barrel length will work. At worst there would be a slight run in some spot or other that you may want to relieve the plastic a touch.
The Alfa is SUPER close size wise to the K frames. The Alfa can even eat from the K frame speed loaders.
