Does anyone have any experience with the knock off Troy back up sights. I know they're Chinese rip offs. I need a set of back ups and my life isn't depending on them,so Im almost willing to give these a chance. Really a set from Troy is $250. I can buy the Chinese for $23 us $. Are they good enough to at least sight in and hold zero or is this total waste of money. They look pretty good in the pics now mind you,that may be the real deal in the pics. Thoughts, questions , comments , concerns.

I bought a pair 'cause I just wanted it for looks on a rifle I'm shooting glass 99.99% of the time. They are sh!t. The rear adjustment was so badly machined that it was almost impossible to make much adjustment. I took it apart, almost lost the dang ball bearing/detent and clean it up with my tap/die. The locking screw was another problem. Once tightened down, one side of the sight base would lift off the rail. Utter garbage that I wouldn't even put on an airsoft.

Guy I knew ordered fake iron sights for $29. They broke after two range trips even though they weren't deployed... a ball bearing fell out and they flopped around. He then spent $130 on MBUS. I saved the $29 and just bought a set of Troy DOA in the first place.
