All around powders for my stable?

I am considering stock piling some powder. I shoot for fun, cast bullets, and no magnums.

My stable includes 22 Hornet in a Handi, 32-20 in a Win 92, 32 Special in a Win 94, 303 Brit, and a Marlin 444.

If you were buying for this group, or maybe split into two groups, is there some powders you would expect to do well in their loads?

The Hornet will get some Lil Gun I think. If I add another gun it will likely be small bore in the 223 to 243 range in a bolt.

Any suggestions?

Look in your manual for powders used by as many of those as possible. I wouldn't think about what powder a cartridge uses before I buy a rifle though.

Something like 4895 would load in all those. That group of powders includes 748, BLC2, H335,

It looks like H4198or H4895 will be acceptable. Some SR4759 for cast and mid range work and a pound of LilGun for the Hornet. With the IMR 4227 and some Trail Boss on the shelf the 32-20 is covered for now.

Anyone see a flaw in this?
