I’ve thought I was done a bit ago but one walks by something with a nice figure... in this case it was a gun show with a Sako l579/.308 that had a lot of work done.

I have a few rifles that I doubt I've shot in the last 10 years.
Between work and house renos I just don't have the time.
Having previously lived in Alberta and Yukon and now stuck in Saskatchewan I'm basically a once a year whitetail deer hunter and occassional coyote hunter now. Not much use for .375's and .416's in my life now.
Decided I'll get it down to 6 rifles and just dump everything else.

Same here I'm under 10 and have all I want. From here on out what ever I hunt by rifle will be done by 270 or 7RM. Cartridge list includes, 22lr, 12g, 270, 7RM. Loaded with a life supply of ammo.

Due to covid lockdown life, conversation with my doctor, I found a new passion for growing cannabis.

I got a wide spread covered.
22lr, 22mag, 243, 30-30, 375ruger, 45 Colt
410 and 12g

Still need something to fill the 30-30 to 375 gap
I want a JM stamped 35rem. But also need something with longer legs. 30-06 ruger tang safety.
Then I kinda think a 444marlin would be a blast.
Definitely need a 16g or 20g to fill the shot gun gap.
Never owned my own 17hmr.

Ok I lied!! I sold lots of the rifles in the first post list… all the Ruger no1 are gone! Some others too! All that to afford a new one with two barrels! And I think I need to sell one more to make sure I still have a place to live hahaha!!
Anyway the quest is never done!
