Has anyone been able to contact TI? Ordered an under folder on the 15th but forgot to add shipping insurance so have been trying to contact them since then, emails, calling and leaving voicemails but haven’t heard back. Never even got the rcmp email then this Monday I get an email from TI saying my address didn’t match the one on my PAL and after looking I did forgot to put my apt number with the address I gave TI, my mistake, but I’ve emailed since, corrected the address on TI’s site, called pretty much every business hour since Monday and left voicemails with no luck. Getting close to three weeks with no reply from my first email, feeling like I might have to get the credit card to refund it at this point, which sucks because I’ve ordered from TI many times and always got good service but this is not acceptable.

That's probably too many voicemails. You're just adding to the backlog for yourself and anyone else still waiting

I called them yesterday afternoon and got through no problem.

How should we know, call CP and find out
 
Anyone else on here who ordered the rifle with a sling but didn't get the sling? Not sure if its suppose to come in another package or not!

I ordered a sling, slant compensator and extra 5/10 mags and all came in the same package with the rifle from Calgary. But I placed my order on March 12 which was early. What they do now may be different if Calgary is now out of accessories.
 
I won't bash them here what's the point I just sent them and email stating the rifle is canted beyond what I will accept. I will take a verified straight rifle as a replacement.
Whining over and over gets you nowhere as far as I'm concerned.

well that's where you are wrong, if you keep quiet and the next person keeps quite then no one knows about the issue.
if publicly, TI would be held responsible they would be forced to rectify the situation so their name isn't dragged though the mud.

i hope you get taken care of and you get a straight rifle not a "within spec".

My sling came in the same package as the rifle. I did notice the other day they are sold out of the sling on their webpage.
 
Are you calling (800) 994-6223 from their contact us page? Because I’ve tried that a couple dozen times with no luck

yeah that's the number i'm calling then selecting the option for sales, I thought it was in the afternoon I called but I just checked my phone and it was around 16:11 Eastern Time.

Same thing happened to me, I ordered on the 15th but for some reason the shipping insurance didn't get added to my order, I noticed last week and email them to the sales addres, Zac got back to me within a day, sent me the invoice just for the insurance, I paid with etransfer and send a screenshot, I got a response confirming the payment. If I had to guess theres a huge backlog with the long weekend in between, that means CP didn't move a finger for 3-4 days and lots of ppl getting nervous with the delays, and of course the trolls feeding fears around here. That translates in lots of emails and calls. I hope you get a response soon.

All due respect because that does sound like it sucks and I’m not saying your grief is misplaced but it sounds like you made a mistake, and you expected TI would drop everything right then and there, hold up a couple thousand orders and resolve yours. I’m sure they’ll get it sorted out but they were blatant in that any mistake in your provided info would creat delays, that much was up front. So you have a delay now, breath, they’ll get to you.
 
Order #268xx came in yesterday went and picked up from CP. Ordered on Mar 12. Went from Calgary to Winnipeg to home in Vancouver area.
 
Does anyone usually know what TI's response time is to warranty and repair e-mails? Going on a week of no response now. Easter weekend might have something to do with the delayed response though.

Please be sure to check junkmail, oftentimes our responses end up there. Also be sure email entered is correct and not an apple based one (they don't go through at all)!
