May be, the entire front sight block is shifted to the right on its dovetail because it was loose in transport? The front sight is adjustable for both elevation and windage. A small wrench for windage regulation is supplied with the rifle in a small, black, plastic tool box. Other tools are there, too. Just saying. It could be grossly misaligned, too.
That exact problem is why I asked for another image that shows the barrel, and he gladly obliged. That sight tower was centered with the barrel, meaning it's VERY bent.

No. Not at all normal. Stamped receivers are garbage for this very reason.

dont even dare. if the barrels straight but placed into the receiver #### eye'd leave it the #### alone.
Its stamped and riveted. this is not a milled receiver. those who "bent" their folding stock to make it swing about had actually bent the receiver now... enjoy the premature failure on top of its existing problems.
everyone must remember, this is a throw away gun after thousands of rounds, if you live that long.

No. The sight "tower"?
That photo is lining up the rear of the receiver through the back sight.
WTF are you going on about? Do you think it'll shoot to the right of where you're aiming when you line up the sights?
He added a second picture on that imgur link. This is that picture. Much more obvious that the barrel is bent and the front sight tower is centered on the dove tail
Who's to say they weren't inspected? The Chinese Communist government, the same entity that made these rifles, are literally our enemy. I'm amazed they haven't started "salting" ammo yet...there's a very good reason the U.S. has nothing to do with them when it comes to firearms.
@ the guys who got "good ones", I say great and enjoy...to the guys who got burned, I say TI will do right by you at the end of the day, and these are the dice you roll when you purchase anything Chinese...they couldn't give a sh1t. It's long past the time when we should embrace their mindset.

The problem is that TI wont do right by most of us. I wouldnt be surprise if this rifle is barely meeting the threshold to be consider out of spec.
So when they say that pass shipment had only a 0,05% return rate its because nobody is meeting their insanely high criteria, and that is whitout taking into account those who dont initiate claim and just end up selling their rifle.
I would really like to know how much deviation is being measure on this unit.

TI have always been fantastic in their customer support, but this is a shiat show they didn't expect. The popularity of something a lot people wanted that they brought in, and then this.
Gotta be a massive headache and a big hit on their rep.
