all ye .223 pro's

How heavy can you go with your bullets with a 1-9 twist? anyone shoot 75gr.? Can a 1-9 handle the weight?

Any input welcome

I tried 75 grain Hornady match bullets in my Savage .223 12FV.
They were fairly accurate but I get a lot better accuracy with the 68 grain bullets with this particular rifle.

I have two 1 in 9 twist Savages the other one really likes 60 grain bullets.
