All you Falcon owners

I have been looking a t the falcon Menace 4.5-18-56. I was wondering what you think of them. How does it compare to a leupold vxIII. I also looked at the VXIII 4.5-14-50LR wich is nice but almost double the price. I guesse what im asking is the Falcon close to these scopes in terms of quality and glass. If i can spend half of what the vxIII cost and get a scope of the same quality its a no brainer. One more thing what do you think of the Falcons eye relief at higher magnification.

As far as no brainer goes, well if it was only that easy, but this day and age, scope glass quality is pretty good for mid-price optics such as Falcons. I personally looked through both and couldn't notice much difference, but I think a cloudy misty days would help you determine the quality of the glass better .

As far as eye relief it's good enough for me, but I wouldn't buy a 4.5-18, and put it on high recoil light rifle and turn the scope zoom to 18x

I'm currently looking at one 4.5 - 18
