Hi there, I have a Allen falling block rimfire rifle I am trying to find out what it should be worth. My knowledge of antique firearms is very limited but a friend has told me it is in good shape for a 150 year old rifle. Much of the blueing is gone or brown and the bore hasn't seen a brush since long before I first laid eyes on it back in '87 but I can still see down it. My limited research has determined that it is rare (about 2000 made) and may or may not have been used during the US civil war. I am unable to post pictures but can email them to interested parties.
