Rayner Shine Gunworks from Leader, Saskatchewan sells it. 306-689-2654. I recently purchased a pound of it at a gun show. I hear great things about this powder, especially for the 270 Win.

Rayner Shine. Bought a 8 pounder of R26 from them this winter. R26 does produce some fast speeds.
