I acquired a LRB arms M25 tanker last year and absolutely love it. Although my oprod has some up and down play in the oprod receiver groove. My oprod tab measures writhin 2 thousands of just being under the usgi drawings. So I found another TRW oprod on the EE and and it measures a little smaller than my current one. My question is, is this acceptable? How do I measure the dimensions of the oprod tab groove?

Bonus question!

Can I install the TRW oprod in a norinco m305 I've done some work to without fitting a new usgi oprod guide? I peedned the hell out of the existing one at a clinic Barney put on lol

If your TRW is measuring smaller than your current one then it should certainly fit but you may find a little more play in it.
Even after fitting a re-tabbed oprod, there should be a touch of play to ensure zero binding during cycling.
I actually have a video of my recent one if your interested.
