ALMOST bought an SKS yesterday

Picked up an SKS last weekend from a member here...

Nice Russian.. in great shape.. Tapco Stock and Original Laminated Stock.. and he threw in 40 rounds.....

Now all I need to do I find some time to go shoot it!!
 
I bought one from a member (weimajack), i'm very satisfied, very nice and clean sks. This is my first SKS, maybe not the last.....

About 2 years now, but she's just one of those gals you want to send around to show the other ladies her age how they SHOULD be acting... she's fun, but not a drunk; she's ###y but not trashy; she's opinionated but not a snob; has rules but isn't draconian; all the things men look for in soul-mates. I think I'm jaded from years of working in bars - and especially after having to split with my last ex (who I thought was even MORE tip-top than this gal) for geographical reasons, I just want to 'sic' the two of them on most of the women I meet nowadays... you know the types, late twentysomethings who do nothing but b*tch about how they can't find a good man - and then proceed to scream at you when you have to work late when trying to finish an important project. :D Going to the bar, lamenting how no man really respects them... and then making out with 6 different guys, throwing up all over the dancefloor, and getting a train run on them in the bathroom by two douchebags.

At any rate, she loves to come out shooting with us whenever she can - and we love having her come out. :)
