What? Is there something explosive in that box???

It is a press, as simple as a mechanical press used in garages! No way they would be right to ask for your PAL!

I bought mine at Cabela's In Scarborough and brought it back with me. The only thing to watch is the personal exemption. If you stay more than 48 h in the states, you can «import» up to 400$ of merchandise, so no problem with your press.

Even components is at the limit: bullets or brass is not an ammunition so.... But I would not try.

I've imported my share of dillon stuff... at one point if it said 9mm or 10mm or 223 or 308 or anything that sounded like a gun caliber it was getting held and opened.. I don't know how many presses I had opened down to the small boxes... I called one day and got a hold of someone in the Mississauga office who had done one of these Japanese inspections and asked about some missing parts.. He said "Oh he finds stuff all the time but they just pitch them as they have no idea what box they came from.. I asked what he was looking for.. he said if it said guns he was looking for guns.. I said "in an envelope.." he said "it could be a small gun..."
I asked for a supervisor and I asked for a mailing address ...

I haven't had a regular problem since.. Strange though they never did pay the bill for the lost parts or time...
