I have shot close to 2000 rounds thru mine. I have had ONE(1) failure with both white and yellow box Norinco .223 ammo. It was a bad primer. I tried to fire it at least 10 times just for ####s and giggles.
I can't see why anyone wouldn't shoot it. Yes its dirty, and apparently some older production stuff was undersized, but if you clean your rifle and don't buy anything older than 95 production, you will do just fine.
If you buy in bulk and pay attention to price, you can get it for 23-25 cents per round.
No, obviously if you are shooting serious prescision competitions, you will want match ammo, and this isn't it, but I have shot slightly better than MOA with it in a basic rifle too.
But hey, if you don't like it, great!
