Maybe someone could let me know if I've valued this correctly figured it would be gone in a heart beat thru EE since new it would be double this price new

What's the manufacturing date on the gun, condition, & round count? Do you have photos of it?!
 
The fact that it hasn't sold yet should be an indicator that nobody that is in the market thinks that it is a super deal. I see it as a pretty average price given the condition. Average priced rifles may stay on the EE for a long time, and if they sell, it's often because the seller accepted an offer for less than the asking price.

If you aren't getting any interest within 2 weeks then it's safe to assume it's overpriced. There is a guy selling an SKB double here that is asking almost double the going rate in gun shops. Quite often the pricing here isn't realistic.
 
this happens a lot on the EE .the best are the 870 express .I got a brand new 870 from bass pro for 308$ out the door with a 25$ mail in rebate .that I got about two weeks latter ,so that is 284$ for a brand new 870 and most guys hear are asking 400$ plus for well used 870s just funny ..back on topic you did the right thing asking .if she did not sell at your asking price in two weeks somethings got to change .to often you will see a gun bumped back up at the same price many many times .just no need for that if you really want to sell you will listen to what the market will bear .good luck with your sale ,D
 
With the amount of blue wear, chunk out of the pad, piece of wood broken off the comb etc you have a $1000 gun on your hands. Unfortunately aftermarket add ons like Gracoils and adjustable combs rarely raise the retail value and you usually will not recoupe the $$ invested in such add ons.
