Amazing service from Gary at Wanstalls

So... Some poor planning on my part left me in a bit of a pinch. Id wanted to get my friend a gift for his wedding (firearms make great gifts) but my local shops wound up not having what i was looking for. With the date less then a week away i didnt think there was any way i would get an online order in on time, but id had great service from Wanstalls in the past so i thought it was worth an email. Gary emailed me back immediately with a phone number to get ahold of him and see what we could do... Even though they are closed mondays!! We got the order put in, express shipped, and it should be here on time!!! Awesome service, and wont be my last order.

That guy Gary at Wanstalls helped me out a couple of times...He seems to have the right stuff for dealing with customers and Wanstalls should be very happy to have him on staff !!

Yep, I think I bought my M14 from Gary a few years ago. They were supposed to be closed for inventory but I called him and told him I'd driven all the way out from Richmond and didn't see their notice of being closed that day. He made arrangements so I didn' waste my time afterall.

A few years later, I had some issues with the rifle that were way out of warrantee, but he still tried to help me anyways. Bent over backwards trying to help me get it sorted out. In the end, I managed to resolve the issue on my own, but I'll never forget and always appreciate his efforts. Love Wanstalls, too bad they're not in Richmond, or I'd be there every week just to hang out.

Gary pulled some crazy sh!t during my last purchase there. For that excellent service , I won't forget and will spend money at , and recommend Wanstalls to everyone.
 
I'm just waiting on them to figure out some issues with my Weatherby .338LM so I can get back to shooting. I'm sure everything will be 100% tho
