Amazon.ca?

Buying from them is a cinch...and I had one bad deal on a red dot..They sent me the wrong product...Amazon intervened with the company and I got my money back...Only other thing is I find most of what they sell is higher priced than other dealers.
 
I've bought a lot from them and have a love / hate relationship. I'm a prime member and only order prime items which should be 2 day free shipping. My experience has been that about 50% of them are fraudulently labeled prime. They just aren't. Often they change the shipping time when you complete the transaction to 5+ days which clearly isn't prime 2 days shipping. Chatting with them to complain is pointless. You get some twit in Bangladesh spewing crap that you must live in a remote village where they can't deliver on 2 days. If you call and complain you will get north America where they immediately straighten things out. Prices are on par with your good guy price from your local store but often amazon has stuff that the stores don't.

Dealing with them on an issue right now. Does get frustrating.
