american eagle 223???

Which bullet? How much what?
Federal loads two 50 grain JHP's(I think one is a BT. Doesn't say on their site), 55 and 62 grain bullets in that brand name. All of which are very close to the same MV and ME.
The FMJ's are not made for hunting anything, but varmints. The rifling twist your rifle has matters for the bullet weight too.
Have a look here. You can select and compare 'em.

You probably won't find the powder they use on the shelf. Ammo makers blend their own powders or have specially made for them.

"...Ammo makers blend their own powders or have specially made for them..." No, but it's powder reloaders can't get just the same. The manufacturers don't publish the powder charge anyway. They load to get a specific velocity with a given bullet. The powder charge can and will change from one powder lot to another.
"...can't find a load that will work..." Work how? You reloading? You'll have to work up the load using data from your manual. Federal 55 grain AE ammo has a MV of 3240 fps. Mid range Varget loads will give you those velocities with a 55 grain bullet. Starts at 3174fps. H4895 will too. It starts at 3176 fps.
Load for the bullet weight, not the type of bullet. As in use the Hodgdon 55 grain data.
"...You can select and compare 'em..." DOH! Sorry about that. http://www.federalpremium.com/products/rifle.aspx

I have my loads to 55g winchester! I have a 223rem case and I use 55 fmj bullets! The problem is with my reloads it will jam some times and than will not feed all the way some times but with the American Eagle I have no problems and works well so I would like to come close to copying this load to get ride of the problems!

What do you mean by "I have my loads to 55gr Winchester" what powder what weight of powder? what kind of jam? Are you full length resizing? Cartridge overall length etc.

I looked at the Hodgdon load data site and it lists a max load of 26.3 gr of win 748 for a velocity of 3150 fps and pressure of 39000 cup. You are not at listed max but close. What kind of jam, won't extract/eject fired round and fresh round hits fired round, or fresh round won't feed into chamber? If your reload is.010 too long could be the issue if not chambering. Could be a resizing issue try a resized emtpy shell in the chamber and see if bolt will close on it. If it won't chamber you may need a small base die. Could be many things but we need clear, precise information to help.

Ok. Now we're getting somewhere. S'ok. We're here for you.
"...the length is off by is by 0.010..." The case length or the length of the loaded cartridge(OAL)? Max case length is 1.760". Max OAL is 2.260". Trim-to length is 1.750".
"...jams when I fire the reloads..." Like Iceman2 says, the kind of jam will tell us a lot. Are you full length resizing the cases? All semi-autos require it. Your sizing die will be stamped 'FL'. Might be stamped 'SB' That's a Small Base sizing die that resizes a bit more than a regular 'FL' die. You need one or the other.
The case length and OAL matters too. You must check case lengths every time and trim, chamfer and deburr the case mouths, if needed.
You may have the sizing die set up incorrectly too. Look at a loaded cartridge. Is there a wee bump on the shoulder? If so, the sizing die is down too far. Set all your dies up so the shell holder just kisses(a light touch) the bottom of the die. Unscrew the seating plug, then turn it in until you get the 2.260" OAL. Takes a bit of trial and error with one case(No powder), then test it with a different one.

so my case leght is only .010 off, the jam would be when i fire the shell would get stuck in the ejection port of the ar180b and all i would have to do it pull the built back to clear it and load in a new round!

thanks again with helping me out!

i also loaded
5 rounds of 25.5g of powder
5 rounds of 26.0 of powder
5 rounds of 26.5 of powder

useing 55 fmj and winchester 748 power and primers. I would like to see if the incres of powder would clear the problem? think this is a good idea?

the MAX LOAD IS 26.3 dont use the 26.5,

ive tried to help him with this but ive had no luck  gave him loads i used in my ar180b and no luck.

I don't know your rifle but it sounds like a mechanical issue. could be you need small base dies for it to operate properly (chamber could be tight) I would suggest getting a small base die and trying your loads again. Good luck

The chances of needing a small base die are slim to none.
1) You need to ensure that you properly size your brass - use a chamber gauge or your chamber.
2) You need to trim all of your brass - trim to length should be set to 1.750" or 1.755" as a max. If you leave it at max oal of 1.760" you may have issues with extraction on growing, fired brass.
3) Crimp your ammunition - I recommend a Lee factory crimp die -they are cheap and do an outstanding job for the price. Don't use the crimping option on your seating die- IT SUCKS.
If you are unsure of the proper steps to follow to do the above, re-read the manuals or get a buddy to give you a hand.

Lastly, just because it is a maximum load in a manual doesn't mean it is max in your rifle. Start low and watch for pressure. I have lots of loads that are maxed over one manual and well within published norms in another.

a few years back AE ran out of 223 cases and started loading LC brass, nato spec with 223 powder, some got lucky and got sevral boxes, which can be loaded to nato spec, otherwise, have no idea what they load their stuff too

ok sorry for the long wait but i got out to the range today and some good news came with it! the 5 rounds of 26.0 of powder worked great and only one jam but i think that it was due to the lack of lub! |But after adding more lub worked great! now i am going to work on making everthing write for next time i am out!
