No. Regulations concerning the importation of surplus ammunition have been relaxed within the past few months, not increased.

Fine dealer ethic.

No changes were made to what is prohibited ammo for a long time.

No explosive ammo, no incendiary, no flechettes, and that's about it. There is not a single caliber that is prohibited by name.

Now they could block importation, but that is not happening yet.
