Picture is incorrect. It's like a tall 50 but taller. I'm wondering if they are good or a cheap imitation



Fat 50 are my favorite (walmart has stock but not cheap) then close behind 40mm

I usually wait for the new manufacture princess auto ones to go on sale. they seem great. ans when they are under $20 you can't go wrong

All I know is that the larger sizes of ammo cans are real heavy when full.

I like the Cabelas 50 cal cans. Have them stacked 10 high. Couple times a year they put them on for $15 and i stock up.

I have enough cans that I started to put sticky labels on them. Then I realized a hang tag on the top handle got torn too easily. Now the labels are Tyvek reinforced fabric. Four inch tie wraps are stronger than string and more uniform than wire loops.

IMO Best buy is the princess auto 50cal cans for $12.51
I would not want the taller ones as the regular height ones are already heavy enough when full of bullets or ammo.

IDK if they are a “cheap imitation” because i dont have any legit issue ammo cans.

What I can say is that I have both the .30cal ones from PA and the .50cal ones from the retailer that shall not be named.

They both seal well and I have zero concerns about their ability to secure any of my zombie prevention supplies against any extreme environmental conditions except immersion.
