I know this has been posted before but I can't locate it now. There is a galvanized tin box inside of the wooden box that holds the bullets.Question.......does this tin box open like a sardine can when the tabs are pulled?
I think that'd be quite the spectator sport, those damn crates are hard to open!! Imagine the pictures of some poor bastard red-faced and straining to pull open the tabs on the ammo crate, or using various different tools (ie; screwdrivers, crowbars, vice-grips, hammers, etc.) probably be the funniest how-to guide ever produced I'll be sure to take pics next time I have to open one...
I realize it may seem trivial to ask for the proper opening directions but it would be nice to maintain the integrity of the original packaging for a while as there are 1120rds to burn through.p.s I'm Scottish so it'll last for a wee bit.
That always works, but you have to add a hearty ROAR (interrupted by a vodka belch for extra strength) before you dig your claws into it and take off all the skin around your knuckles.
Can opener or hammering a flat screwdriver works on the 'spam cans'.
Tire iron works on those with a ring.
I'll make and post a video if I won't forget.
