thanks for all the advice on this in the end, I went wih Winchester Xpert # 2's which I actually had in my safe...After a foggy morning that started promising, but ended slow, I still went home with a few nice birds which are now in the freezer. This time I went with my modified choke, although, I'll bring my full choke along next time as well.
The sad thing is I think I'm hooked on shooting Geese.. We were hunting in those "pop up" blinds that you lay down in and Ihave to say my heart was POUNDING, when they were calling them in. When you're laying there you can peek through the mesh through the camo, see them circling, then dropping down, then when they are nearly on top of your blind, you pop up and let em have it.. Its pretty fun..!
