Ammo choice for CSA CZ 58?

So what are good chocies of ammo to run through the 5.56 cz58 carbine? Is norinco ok or garbage, American Eagle 55gr? or how is Sellier & Bellot 55gr FMJ ammo? Since the gun has a 1:7 twist should i run 62gr through it? Trying to find a good source of ammo to run.

I have cranked a tonne of 55 grain through mine. Shoots well. The Norinco stuff is great and reloads well too. I have also fired quite a few 69 and 75 grainers through it with nary a hickup. They all work well. Wish I had two of 'em.
