BDX is not factory ammo, it's commercial re-load, but several guys i know swear by them...maybe not for precision shooting but for hitting the range on a Sat afternoon and plinking away their prices rock.
They are way overworked, as would be expected by their great prices, but you can get bulk ammo from them (and you have to buy bulk to get these prices, several cases of 1000) at some shops around AB as well.
