only happened twice to me and a buddy. Factory hornady ammo.....2 from the same box. Did not happen with the rife before that or years since. Hornady checked the batch # and said it must be the rifle as they have not had any other problems voiced.

Had a problem with a box of Winchester partition golds once. Out of the 20 in the box, 3 had a neck crack in them, of which i could pull the bullet out with my fingers. I called and emailed them and got sweet nothing out of them. Oh well, not a problem to throw away 6 bucks I guess. Not to mention the safety thing.
