30-06 M2 ball ammo, surplus stuff.

My dad was #####ing that you can't find any cheap 30-06 ammo and he wants me to load all his ammo for the year. Is it possible to find MFS type ammo in 30-06?

Would save me from having to do load dev on a gun I can't shoot.

Bulk 223 in 62 grain since it seems like heavier bullets are disproportionately more expensive then the extra bit of lead would suggest. I would dump money on 5k rounds if someone actually had a good bulk deal.
