The Stittsville range store had a deal for 223. I think it was $395 for 1000rnds of Federal or something like that. LeBarons has a waiting list for the UMC/Rem 223 value packs that you could add your name too.

They have the UMC/Remington boxes at lebaron for $78 for 200 rounds. I have used it and it's not bad. My rifle like the Winchester stuff that they carry, and its relatively cheap too... $8.85 for a box of 20 rounds, so about $88 for 200 rounds.
