I accidentally used ammonia based cleaner in my brass. Brass is clean and rinsed properly. Brass has been used at least twice. Am I in dangerous situation that this brass will crack in my next reload? Brass is for 9mm and load is 3.8 gr Bullseye 125 gr LRN - DRG.

Ammonia based cleaner

Should be no structural problem with reloading this cleaned brass unless you allowed the original brass to stew in the solution for a couple of months.

Just overnight (approx 8 hrs) and rinsed thoroughly next morning. What I noticed is a few of them with pink tarnish like marks. Otherwise, everything looks clean.

The pinkish tarnish is probably just a surface reaction similar to corrosion. I would say worst case scenario is you get some split necks a couple reloads earlier than you normally would.
