Like most of the others have already said ;good friendly service, you can have the cheapest products going, the best selection out there or the latest new piece of kit but that all counts for nothing if your customer service is poor and you talk/treat customers like idiots..... Fortunately for Kate and Ammo Supply they score high on the stuff that matters to me and when I need Ammo again they will be my first stop!
 
The fact that you guys have 22lr at regular price when EVERY other store has it marked up 40%... That's why!!!! It will keep me coming back when all the other stores re-stock and put their ammo back at normal price.
 
I like that you are so fast to respond to queries during business hours at the shop, be it phone or email. You are always very pleasant and upbeat which is a welcome change to some of the personalities in this sport. Your Website is simple and easy to navigate through, the cookies help by placing what you last looked at right in the centre of the top for easy reference, the quantity is shown clearly and last but not least,..your prices are VERY VERY hard to beat! Factor in travel time and fuel for me and hands down you have the best prices available on what I like! Reactive targets are priced very well and you try to support Canadian business with your product lines.

Is that enough?
 
one hundred percent, first and foremost, the service. Second to none, and that means something what with P&D, International and some others out there.

Kate you go above and beyond each and every time.

Prices are also excellent, but that's two reasons.
 
Ammo supply kate is always very nice and her posts always make me look! Good deals lay within them ;)
