AMT/IAI Javelina in 10mm Auto - *PICS ADDED*

Hi Fellers,
Well, I finally got around to trying this one out last evening...it's great! That long barrel and sight radius make it a dream to shoot w/ full power 10mm loads.
At 25 yards I was punching very respectably small clusters. It recoils very controllably and I was even able to fire it with "bare ears" without discomfort!!! I know, I know...I just thought I'd try it to see how it worked as a theoretical "woods pistol". It sure is cooooooool.

Crusdaer which bought High standard also bought AMT... I don't see the Javelina in the lineup of what they are bring back but I'll be interested to see how the "new" guns fare... Will see about getting my hands on some of them in the new year... Seems that somehow money has started to get tight...
I had am AMT Government model with the same brownish staining on the frame. I used a stainless brush to gently remove it along with a little oil. Looked excellent afterwards, and you didn't notice any difference on the frame as it has a brushed finish already. One of the stainless toothbrush style brushes from kleenbore.
