An accurate .45 acp target load.

I tested loads in about 20 different 45's (mostly 1911s) and found that most of them shot best with 4.3gr Titegroup with a cast 200 gr SWC.

OAL is 1.125. Fed perfectly in all of them.

For a snappy load, 5.0 gr of Titegroup is nice.
 
SWC's require the pistol's feed ramp to be extended up the sides of the chamber. Not a whole lot. Just enough to smooth the edges. Done with a fine round file. Easier to do than describe.
Bullseye is your friend. 4.6 is max for a 200 cast bullet. Start with 4.1 and work up.
3.5 to 3.7 of Bullseye is way under minimum for a 200 grain cast bullet. Where'd you see that?
