A great solution to what could have been a problem. It will not damage the front edge of the sear like a metal rod or screwdriver would and it WORKS. I just tried it.

A "Redneck" Chinese takedown tool for a Swiss rifle that has a Swedish Barrel and German sights on it. What more could you ask for?

I wonder how much work it was to make the Swede barrel threads fit in the 1911 receiver.
Anyone know the barrel shank and thread size on the Swedes?

I had an 7x57 FN barrel put on a commercial Yugo Mauser and the thread profile had to be lathed.
