20 years ago a relative of mine reloaded 50 rounds of .303 for me. But things happened between then and now so they never got used right away. I pulled them out and fired off 5 rounds and I notice that on a few there is a crack running down the neck to the shoulder of the case. Should I be worried about using these reloads?

It sounds like the cases have age-hardened somewhat. Usually neck splits are not dangerous as long as they don't extend down into the body of the case but accuracy may suffer a bit.

Ok I will keep on using them. Unless someone starts making inexpensive .303 they will mostly likely be the last 45 shots I make with my Lee Enfeild.
