An Update on Wanstalls M10x pre-order!

On man. + on the thanks giving scotch driven purchase.... my buddy sent me a message that he ordered one and I just let the liquor do the thinking....
 
I just happened to be surfing CGN, saw the pre-sale and thought " why not?"? Little did I know the drama and heartache that would follow!

Actually I wouldn't. $1800 would be no go from day one. $1450 was a sweet spot and I was ready to go after it.

Pretty sure of yourself. To bad there not a way of taking money or seeing what the price would be, I like easy bets.
 
So Wanstall, since you spoke with the folks making the m10x, what can we expect for regular sale price once the pre order units are delivered ?

I think it's safe to say you can expect instructions on how to bend over and pay far far more than $1500 once the NR tax is collected by the profiteers?

Totally different animals, aside from the fact that they both launch bullets. The M10X is a soft-shooting carbine fIring an inexpensive cartridge to intermediate range (~300m). The BCL is full-sized battle rifle firing a more powerful (and expensive) medium range calibre with increased recoil. You might as well compare the AR15 to the M14/M305., for what it's worth....

Bingo! Enough of the baseless bitterness - we don't even have the new MSRP to know whether or not the asking price wiĺl be unreasonable. Why not save the pissing and moaning until there is something to actually complain about? The constant wailing and gnashing of teeth has become tiresome.

Exactly. Been saying that a few time in this thread. Why the lynching before the crime?
 
More importantly,

Hey Wanstalls, do we know yet if the models involved in the presales will come with the magpul folding furniture, muzzle device, any mags, etc?

Anyway we could have a separate thread for questions relevant to the product itself and not for comments about the industry in general.
