Anchangel 556 stock for Rem 597 .22 mag HB.

Has anyone put a rem 597 .22mag heavy barrel in the archangel 556 stock for the rem?
I contacted one dealer and the manufacturer. dealer said no it will not fit, manufacturer said yes it will fit but the attachment for the end of the barrel will not fit. there's a couple of video's on youtube showing a .22 mag in the stock but it is not the HB version.

I've got the .22LR heavy barrel in an Arch Angel and it works great. The cut out for the mag might need to be opened up for a .22 Mag though. Got mine from High Cal, they were great!
