It depends on when it was manufactured, overall condition and which sight set you're including.
If it's one of the older, single extractor Match 54 actions with a non-adjustable cheekpiece stock then I wouldn't ask more than $1000 (and that might be pushing it). If it's a typical 1411 with the adjustable stock and standard International sight set with 18 mm tunnel then you might start around $1200. Extra bits and pieces will bump the price up accordingly.
If you bring it to the February smallbore match they'll let you know straight up what someone might pay for it -- and you might even find someone looking to buy. You could also post some pictures so we could take a look, too.
