VV550 is quite fast for bullets of the weights you suggest in the 30-06.
However, VV550 and IMR4350 are kissing cousins as far as burn rate goes.
H100V is closer, but there may not be any information in the manuals for this powder in the 30-06 with heavy bullets, because it like wasn't available at the time of testing.
I use IMR4350 start loads when working up loads with the VV550 I have on hand, with magnum primers of course.
I would say 150-165 grain bullets would be better suited to this powder.
