...and the milsurps just keep coming

I don't know.... the worldwide supply of milsurps is definitely not increasing so I think anything coming in is a win, even if it's not something really exciting. I did notice Tradex brought in some interesting early Schmidt-Rubins recently, I'd never seen the 1897 Cadet rifles for sale before. I wasn't quite interested enough to shell out the money but it's nice to see something different.

I've seen a few 'super grade' sks's floating around, do you think there worth grabbing now adays? Price is usually high 300's and they claim to be unissued

The vz. 24s are Russian captured and advertised as having cracked handguards and arsenal repairs so they would be the bottom of the barrel of what's left from what Lever Arms imported.

Same with the SVT-40s.

M48s were a new import a while ago, or at least newly released by John but there was an Auction in Serbia last year.

Enfields were a small cache out of Europe.

We're essentially at the last few years of newly imported milsurp firearms. SKS and Mosin may trickle longer. They're both still available in Russia and Ukraine. Quite a few Mosins in Germany right now as well for sale.

Things need to settle in Ukraine I think before we see much from there again if at all. If Russia opens her vaults one day then maybe.

It's pretty small. I wouldn't be surprised if this is coming from a milsurp hoarder's estate. We probably won't be seeing any good big shipments for a while until the Russia and Ukraine is over, and everything else gets picked over by the Americans first. I can't believe they're getting stuff we pay $1200 for at $400 down there.

Russia is still sitting on a lot of surplus arms. I'm waiting to pick up a Russian refurb Ross rifle if the gates open!

SVt40's better investment than real estate at present lol /tear, Russia knows what we know all those preserved gun are a national asset and they work perfectly well in the conscript armies of the future. No reason to rush to sell.

Ya, they can be nice, clean examples of "Mausers" but just don't have the historical appeal that I want out of a milsurp.

Ditto. Ironically you can probably still get a real WW2 Yugo M24 for less, and that does have real historical appeal.
